K2 Tailorly provides a cloud-based tailor management system including order management, customer management, staff tracking, financial reporting, and AI body measurement tools.
To use our service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Our services are offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to K2 Tailorly. We do not claim ownership over your data. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the service to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, K2 Tailorly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
